With over ten years of experience in industrial design and engineering, Maxim brings a strong mix of creativity and technical depth to the team. 

At a time when we’re further developing and scaling our decentralized wastewater treatment installations, that combination really matters. 
His role will bridge design, engineering, and practical implementation, exactly where good ideas need to turn into robust solutions.
